In many countries, law exists which obligates to assess the lights’ condition in theneighborhood of new investments. These complex analyses are very hard to carry out with traditional techniques. Thanks to laser scanning, we are able to create three dimensional models of buildings, which can be used in third party software to provide solar and shadow simulation.  As a result, we can achieve colorful maps with information about the daylight and 3D models of shadows ranges.
